I will assist you in creating healthy balanced meals so that you feel full of energy and your body thrives, as well as helping you understand what it is your body needs, based on ayurvedic principles. Becoming vegetarian and then vegan was a journey for me and I now help other people navigate the transition. The end result is an amazing amount of energy, a healthy body, peaceful mind and a soul that is full of compassion and love for all animals and nature.
Kirtan for all
Music is magic, it is healing, it is harmonizing, and even more so when it is shared with others. I play guitar and sing Bhajans (devotional mantras sung in Sanskrit) for groups, retreats, private events etc. Email me for more info!
