What is Integral Yoga?
Integral yoga combines a wide range of yogic practices— breath work, meditation, asana (physical postures), studying spiritual texts, singing, ayurvedic diet recommendations—that lead to harmony and happiness. Integral yoga is a life changing practice that can be incorporated into your everyday life with profound results. I offer personalized private or small group yoga classes and meditation sessions as well as yoga therapy at my studio in Old Town Geneva, Hotel des Bergues or at your work place or home. I will help you create a daily or weekly practice that will help you feel balanced, peaceful and open, giving you energy, improving your health, work and overall well-being. L’objectif de ce cours sera de ramener votre conscience au moment présent, en allant vers l'intérieur pour trouver la paix constante qui est toujours en vous. Nous explorerons les états méditatifs à travers la pratique du Pranayama (expansion du souffle), de la Méditation, des Asanas (postures) et de la Bhakti (dévotion par le mantra). La classe sera un doux flot de douceur et de grâce, se concentrant sur le fait de rester pleinement présent, d'élargir la pensée, de déplacer l'énergie, purifier les chakras (centres énergetiques) et, bien sûr, d'ouvrir nos cœurs et nos corps. C'est un cours qui vous laissera ouvert, alerte, calme et clair d'esprit.

In this class the focus will be on bringing your awareness back to the present moment, going inwards to find the abiding peace that is always within you. We will explore meditative states through the practice of Pranayama (breath expansion), Meditation, Asanas (postures) and Bhakti (relaxation through mantra). The class will be a gentle yet dynamic flow of softness and grace, focusing on remaining fully present, expanding thought, moving energy, purifying the chakras (energy centers) and of course opening our hearts and bodies. It is a class that will leave you feeling alert, calm and clear minded. *Can be taught in English, French or both at the same time :)
Om Chanting and Kirtan

Join us for OM chanting and Bhajan's, (which are devotional songs sung in Sanskrit, I play the guitar.) It is a very uplifting and heart opening evening of chanting OM and singing beautiful devotional songs. It is free of charge, donations welcome though.

Ayurveda is a holistic healing method that takes into consideration the entire being. It is one of the oldest healing methods in the world and is based upon the great wisdom of the ancient yogi's of India.
Ayurvedic Health Consultations
Ayurveda consultations include one-on-one sessions where together I will help you start the healing process -body, mind and soul- so that your life is one that radiates health and harmony. Ayurveda brings balance throughout the entire body which results in healing on every level. I will customize a health plan for you that can include any of the following practices: daily routine recommendations, meditation, pranayama (breath exercises), asanas (postures), mantras, bhajans (sacred music), ayurvedic diet recommendations, herbal medicines and more. The sessions will be entirely customized depending on your needs. I look forward to accompanying you on your healing journey!

A bit about me
Nature lover, Musician, Yogini
For over 18 years I have been practicing yoga and meditation. I started at home after my first daughter was born as I was looking for something to calm my mind and body as motherhood was a big adjustment! My practice continued to deepen as I quickly saw the benefits of pre-natal yoga during my second pregnancy. Little did I know it would have such a profound impact on my life. So much in fact that I have dedicated my life to sharing this holistic, healing practice with others in hopes of helping people find peace, contentment, a healthy body and lead a balanced, joy-filled life. I have done multiple yoga teacher trainings (certified by Yoga Aliiance) and do on-going self-study and retreats, including a month in India every year. When I am not practicing yoga, I am playing guitar, singing mantras, cooking Indian food, hiking in the forest with my husband or cycling around the Swiss countryside.
